Shipping Information
All items are made to order for the best quality and may ship from international warehouses. Shipping costs vary by destination and quantity, and are calculated at checkout.
Processing & Shipping Time:
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays). Most items ship within 1–7 business days. Estimated delivery times:
- U.S.: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Specific delivery times depend on the product. Please check the product page and tracking details after your order is shipped.
Carriers: USPS, UPS Mail Innovations, DHL, UniUni, YunExpress, etc.
Tracking:
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. It may take 2–5 days for the carrier to update tracking info. For delayed updates or delivery issues, contact Customer Support.
Shipping Address:
Ensure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses, forwarding requests, or mail theft after delivery.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO:
Delivery to PO Boxes and military addresses is available.
VAT & Customs:
International shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). VAT, duties, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Contact your local customs office for details.
Note:
We don’t ship to multiple addresses per order. Place separate orders if needed.
