Thank you for shopping at Golinktee. The following terms apply to any products you purchase from us.
Cancellation Policy
Orders are confirmed for processing 3 hours after they are placed to ensure the fastest fulfillment.
- You may cancel or modify your order within 3 hours of placing it.
- After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.
Return & Refund Policy
At Golinktee, our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
We do not require you to return the product to us. Instead, we offer remakes or refunds if there are issues such as:
- Defects or damages
- Incorrect items received
- Printing or quality issues
📌 To be eligible for a resolution, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery. Reports made after this period may not qualify for warranty support. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
Claim Procedures
- 1 Take clear photos of the item(s).
- Graphic proof is required for us to review your claim.
- Claims without photos will not be accepted.

- Provide your order details, photos, and whether you prefer a remake or a refund.
- 3 Wait for our response
- Our support team will get back to you within 24–48 hours.
Remake Timeline
- Once our team confirms your eligibility for a remake:
- Production and delivery will follow the timeframe provided by our support agent.
- Once the remake is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email.
Refund Timeline
- If you choose a refund instead of a remake:
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.If the amount does not appear after this period, please contact your bank directly.
